Digital Citizenship is norms of appropriate, responsible behavior with regard to technology use. Digital Citizenship includes Digital Access, Digital Commerce, Digital Communication, Digital Litearcy, Digital Etiquette, Digital Law, Digital Rights & Responsibilities, Digital Health & Wellness, and Digital Security.

Digital Access is full participation in society. Technology users need to be aware that not everyone has the same opportunities when it comes to technology. Kids and adults need to keep in mind that there are some devices that may have limited access, so other resources may need to be provided. An example of Digital Access is having the ability to being able to go online and any social media online.
