A project
As you can see one of my strategy is learning by doing and projects, but I understand PBL is different from a common project. I also use task based learning and cooperative learning. I've also used flipped learning this year. I think my current approach can be complemented with PBL. So I used these strategies to help my students. I find out my student needs talking with them and through questionnaires. Well, a class to work with PBL could be the second and/or the third year. A topic for the second year would be the ideal town while for the third year a business topic could be the factors of production and the origin of the computer for computer science .

Well I think PBL in general is challenging. The space at school does not lend itself Well to group work. The computer lab, for instance, is not flexible, while boys is forbidden... Our curriculum require regular and rigid assessments. They will get in the way of PBL. My students are not passive at all! That' s a strength point. To me the most challenging component is the real-world connection, because there's a gap between school and real world in Italy, but things are changing. The law about school and internship has changed a lot recently.
