What information should a HS student have prior to choosing a college? What the test requirements are to get into a college. What the statistics are. Cost of everything.

Will they need to do anything beforehand? Background information. Research the college so you know a little bit about it. Go on a visit before you apply Just to make sure you like it.

Wil they need to bring anything? Bring a notebook and pencil so you can write down pros and cons about the college.

What should they ask/see/experience? Ask questions, see the campus and important parts of the campus, (dining hall, dorms, etc.) Experience the visit and what it would be like to be at the college and going there.

How can they get the most out of choosing a college process? Getting to know more about a college, even if they don't choose that college to attend.

What connections should they make? Administration people, Other students who have or still do attend that school.

What should they do after? If they like it they should apply, and after applying then email administrators that you are really interested.
