Pathways Learning Community

The Pathways Learning Community

Are you undecided about your major? The Pathways Learning Community is designed to help students discover potential degree programs and career paths. These students will actively engage with Webster University’s resources and community to evaluate personal goals and challenges in regards to their college experience. Based on their applications they will be placed in one of two cohorts.

Career exploration, major exploration, personality tests, leadership development all help create valuable experiences to help you gain the most from your education.

“I liked the learning community because it made me feel especially welcomed at Webster. It was my first college semester and I had the opportunity to bond with great people without feeling alone and lost particularly because most of my classes consisted of the people in the learning community with me!”

Brogan Rooney- Pathways Learning Community 2015/2016

Students in the Pathways LC will learn:

  • how to utilize campus resources and engage with the campus community
  • how to explore options for their degree program and subsequent career possibilities
  • how to evaluate personal aspirations and challenges regarding the college experience
