With this design, we wanted to create your favorite "go to" t-shirt. This t-shirt is everything you've dreamed of and more. It feels soft and lightweight, with the right amount of stretch. It's comfortable and flattering for both men and women. We made sure to use DTG (Direct to garment) printing so the design don't have a heavy feel to the touch, or any feel at all.
First we went with an icon look with none other than the statue of liberty, but we didn't stop there, we had to make it our own. As native new yorkers we were no strangers to graffiti, so we added that element to the design. Next we wanted to express the sadness and defiance that have shaped us, so we gave lady liberty that expression.
