1. Clear bench tops of food, dish racks and cutting boards.
2. Remove fridge magnets and other items off the fridge.
3. Remove dish liquids, tea towels, soap and plugs.
4. Put away garbage bag bins, brooms, mops and cleaning products.

Bathrooms

1. Clear bench tops of toothbrushes, soaps, razors and plugs.
2. Remove shampoos, soaps and cleaning products from showers.
3. Remove rubbish bins, scales, bathmats and laundry baskets.
4. Close toilet lids, remove toilet brush and spare toilet rolls.

Bedrooms

1. Clear away clothes, shoes and laundry baskets.
2. Remove books, tissue boxes and jewellery from bedside tables.
3. Remove portable fans, heaters and rubbish bins.
4. Tidy up study desks, remove excess toys and posters.

General Interior Preparation

1. Remove door mats, floor mats and pet bowls.
2. Clean windows, dust surfaces, vacuum and mop floors.
3. Open curtains and blinds. Turn off ceiling fans.
4. Make sure all light bulbs are working and turn on all lights.

Outside The House

1. Remove vehicles from driveway and front of house.
2. Move wheelie bins so they are not visible from the street.
3. Put away green hoses, tools, toys and bikes.
4. Remove pool toys, skimmer and creepy crawly pool cleaners. Mow the lawns.

Building & Pest Inspections

A building and pest inspection will make a buyer comfortable with the purchase of your property. It will also decrease any possible dramas that may occur in the contract stages. A building and Pest inspection will cost roughly $600. A small price to pay the buyers at ease when purchasing your property.
