Healthy is a good idea to be very good

A healthy life is a way of life in which the person maintains a harmonious balance in their diet, physical activity, intellectual activity, recreation , hygiene and spiritual peace.

9 ways to live longer

  1. Live healthy, live longer. Live healthy, live longer. Making just a few changes in your lifestyle can help you live longer. A recent study found that four bad behaviors smoking, drinking too much alcohol
  2. Don´t overeat. If you want to live to 100, leaving a little bit of food on your plate may be a good idea.
  3. Get busy. Having satisfying sex two to three times per week can add as many as three years to your life.
  4. Turn off the TV. Too much time in front of the boob tube can take a serious toll on your health.
  5. Stay out of the sun. Avoiding too much sun can head off skin cancer, and it can also keep you looking young by preventing wrinkles, fine lines, and saggy skin.
  6. Reach out. Research shows that you’re at greater risk of heart disease without a strong network of friends and family.
  7. Drink in moderation. Women who have two or more drinks a day and men who have three or more may run into detrimental effects ranging from weight gain to relationship problems.
  8. Eat fruits and vegetables. Getting fewer than three servings of fruits and vegetables a day can eat away at your health.
  9. Focus on fitness. Daily exercise may be the closest thing we have to a fountain of youth.

To life a healthy live you must take the following steps:

1.Balanced diet:

should include all the food contained in the pyramid but right amount and right proportions should be taken to cover the nutritional benefits. The energy value of a daily diet must be between 50 and 40 Kcals per kilo of weight. The amount of carbo hidrates must be between 50 to 55 % of intake and the fat must be 30% of the total of the energetic value.

2.Toxic Habits:

Cigarettes, alcohol and drugs are very negative for our health ( bad for our heath). But beer an wine can be consumed moderately.

3.Physical exercise:

You should work out at least 30 minutes a day , even if it´s only fast walking. This will help you to burn calories and strengthen muscles and bones. Even if you only do a small amount of exercise it can help you to reduce stress and it will help you to sleep better, to improve your humor and to feel more relaxed.

4.Hygiene

A good hygiene can avoid health problems, such as infections and dental issues.

5.Toxic products

Contamination in the cities it´s considered one of the highest health risk problems so you must be aware of it.

6.Mental balance

Being stressed or exhausted means that your mental balance is not well . You can get over it by socialising or doing sport.

7.Social activity

A lack of social life and negative thinking can cause bad health, so we must make an effort to get out there and exercise and practise positive thinking.
