  • Weekly progress reports generated through SIS will not be sent to parents between April 10-18 so that the system can be readied to generate third quarter report cards.
  • The computer labs will be used for the district eCart assessments for English and Math until Friday, April 7.
  • 3rd grading period ends April 7
  • Spring Break, April 10-14
  • April 17 is a Teacher's Work Day

Flipping the Classroom

Use Snagit to flip some of your lessons!

A flipped classroom model is one where some of the activity that would have been done in class (lecture, viewing a video, etc) is done at home or at the beginning of class. This frees up the rest of the in-class time for an activity that would have traditionally been homework. This allows the teacher to work individually with students to re-teach or explain further.
