The life of Fatima Diallo Bloomsburg University Student

My name is Fatoumata Diallo and I am a second year undergraduate student at Bloomsburg University Of Pennsylvania. I am currently double majoring in Mass Communications and Communication Studies. I am seeking an internship opportunity that could help me gain further experience and also allow me to offer my leadership in the telecommunication and communications field. As a sophomore I have been super involved. I have completed over 400 hours of community service, and received 3 scholarships ever since my freshman year. However one of my greatest accomplishments was receiving the leadership role of becoming the Vice-President of African Student Association here at Bloomsburg University.

Being that the African Student Association was practically "dead" it was extremely hard for me and the new Exec board to revamp it and get our name out there, however we conquered. Becoming Vice President of this organization has shaped me many forms. I am now not afraid of publically speaking aloud. It is now very much easier for me to state my opinions and concerns in a diplomatic manner with a group of people.
