Limiting Screen Time By: Vicky Jarvis

Different forms of media include video games, cell phones, and television

Lack of exercise, unhealthy food habits, and not monitoring screen time can lead to an obese child.

Alternative activities to screen time include:

participating in sports,

performing in dance classes,

engaging in music lessons,

and showing creativity through painting.

It is possible to have a healthy balance of screen time, activities, and family time.
