Hello and welcome! If you are a new student, I also wish you a very warm welcome to the University of Bath. My name is Aste Dahl and I am one of the Careers Advisers here at the University. In this newsletter I would like to share careers news, events, support and resources that are relevant to international students at the University. If you have any careers queries, remember that you are always free to email us on email@example.com.

Visa & immigration
New visas, such as the Skilled Worker visa and the Graduate Route visa have made it easier to find work in the UK after graduation. But what do you know about these visas and where can you find out more? Have a look at our Get Started International Students guide for advice and resources. Be aware, the Careers Service is unable to answer specific visa & immigration queries, however check out the Working After Studies section and Graduate Route visa section on the Student Immigration Service website. You can also contact the Student Immigration Service with queries and they will be happy to help.
Below is a recording of a webinar that Student Immigration Service delivered to our students and graduates regarding the Graduate Route visa in April 2021. They will deliver an updated webinar on 2nd November at 13:15, make sure book a place now on MyFuture.
Any further Queries?
If you have any queries at all, you may find the answer to some of them on MyFuture and by exploring our excellent Get Started guides. However, you are always free to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can book an appointment with an Applications or a Careers Adviser via MyFuture.
We wish you a wonderful Autumn term and look forward to working with you this year.
