This was a rest game for the Nuggets as Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray and Paul Milsap all sat out. Gary Harris led six Nuggets in double-figures, but Portland was too much thanks to 30 points, six rebound and five assists by Damian Lillard. It was Portland's only win over the Nuggets during the regular season.

Nuggets 119. Trail Blazers 110

April 5 at Denver

Denver outscored Portland 35-23 in the fourth quarter to clinch its first Northwest Division title since 2012-13. Jokic finished with 22 points, 13 rebounds and nine assists and Milsap led the Nuggets in scoring with 25 points. CJ McCollum did not play for the Trail Blazers.

Nuggets 116, Trail Blazers 113

January 13 at Denver

Jokic scored 40 points, had 10 rebounds and eight assists and Denver shot 55.6% from the floor in the win. Despite Harris not playing for Denver, the Nuggets' starters outscored the Blazers 91-69.

Denver 113, Trail Blazers 112

Nov. 30 at Portland

McCollum missed a shot at the final buzzer that would have given the Trail Blazers the victory. Harris led Denver in scoring with 27 points and Milsap scored 22 and had 10 rebounds. Harris credited Milsap as the difference in the game. "He said if we're gonna be a playoff team it's time to show everybody,” Harris said. "For him to open his mouth like that it shocked a lot of people.” McCollum led Portland with 33 points.
