Memorial Day
Last Friday was a great success at JRB as our students listened to and participated in our annual Memorial Day assembly. We would love to thank all of those that were able to share during our event. Without your help, the ceremony would not be the same. Thank you.
Thank You Chaperones and Staff
We would like to take a moment to thank all of the 5th grade staff that worked so hard to make this year's visit to Camp Cody (Nature's Classroom) a great success. Additionally, a huge thank you goes out to all of the family chaperones that took time out of their busy schedules to join us in New Hampshire.
Finally, if you have a 5th grader that attended Camp Cody this year that has an interest in attending one of their regular sessions over the summer, the office has come very generous gift cards that can be used. Please contact Nat North (nnorth@awrsd.org) for more information.

MUSIC ROOM ACTIVITIES at the JRB Fine Arts & Technology Night on June 6th:
5:30-6:00pm: K, 1st, and 2nd graders can play a song on the Boomwhackers!
6:00-6:30pm: 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders can play the songs they composed themselves during music class!
6:30-6:50pm: Music room closed for CHORUS warmups
7:00pm: JRB SPRING CONCERT in the Cafetorium
Band News
Hello Band Parents,
On Thursday, June 6th we will be having our Spring concert featuring the Chorus, A band, B band, and Jazz band at 7 pm. I am asking students to arrive at Briggs in concert dress (White on top and black on the bottom, or solid black dress) with their instruments and music at 6:30 pm. Students will sit with their parents during the performance.
