The Hideaways Club is an exclusive property club based on collective ownership. This unique real estate investment offers a capital and time efficient way to enjoy owning beautiful holiday homes around the world.

Reservations can be made directly on our website through our reservations system as well as via e-mail and telephone with your Personal Concierge.

We employ various strategies to ensure maximum availability and fair usage of our properties for Members. For instance:

  1. Fixed property ratio: Our low Member-to-property ratio of 6:1 in the Classic Collection and 12:1 in the City Collection means that we are continually scaling to increase capacity.
  2. International Membership: Our global membership means that peak travelling times vary in different regions and helps spread the demand for properties across the year.
  3. Transparent booking policy: Reservations for both Classic and City Collection properties operate on a first come first served basis. To ensure fair usage by our Members, every Monday at 12:00 noon (UK time) The Club opens up the relevant 12 or 9 month booking window for Classic Collection Members both online and via telephone and e-mail. Every day at 24:00 Midnight (UK time), The Club opens up the relevant 12 or 9 month booking window for City Collection Members both online and via telephone and e-mail. Members who book themselves online tend to be most successful getting their top choices, as the booking windows open.
  4. Partner properties: With access to 200+ partner properties, we have a wider range of destinations to offer Members during our peak times.
  5. Automated waitlist: You have the option to be included on a waitlist for a particular week at a property as cancellations do occur.
  6. Cancellation policy: If you cancel within 6 months your points will only be refunded when the week is rebooked. This prevents Members speculatively holding Peak weeks and encourages cancellations well in advance, improving the usefulness of the waiting list. This has proved very effective since being introduced.

Last summer during our "Peak period" (July and August) we had unreserved weeks at the following European villas. If your location and dates are flexible, you're much more likely to get the holiday you're looking for.

In our "High period" (June and September), there were also unreserved weeks across some of our most popular European destinations including: Algarve, Brac, Crete, Lake Como, Majorca, Mollégès, Provence, Puglia, Sotogrande and Tuscany.
