Companies or individuals must decide what to produce to make a profit out of their product. Therefore a basic question is as asked, "How to produce?"
What techniques are to be used to make the product. Is their going to be more capital and less labor, is the labor going to be cheap and the capital expensive. What product is most profitable. This is based on the second question "What to produce?"
Who is going to determine the income of workers and someone who has money to buy the product. When the price of the factory is determined then the third question will be solved " For Whom to Produce?"
