Project Description
The prime directive of this project was to pull a metal sled with a robot using gears.
What I Learned
I learned how gears work and all about torque. I learned that for torque the small gear needs to drive a large gear and then connect to another small gear. The small gear is connected to the power source which creates resistance through the large gear providing torque. I also learned more about traction and the major role it plays in hauling weight.
