LS/US MEETING END OF THE YEAR PROCEDURES

Transformation Begins With Reflection

How Was Your Year?

We create our realities by the stories we tell.

We can tell stories about the past and reflect on how we can design stories to move into the future.

How are you telling the story of your year?

What worked, what went well, and what you feel was successful

THE POWER OF YET

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT GOALS

What has been some of your favorite and most important learning experiences this year?

How might you be able to apply what you learned this year in the future?

What is your biggest take away from the goal you set for yourself this year.?

What is one thing you would like to do differently next year?

What is an area you have identified you struggle as a classroom teacher. What do you think would be beneficial for you to get better in this area?

LET´S MEET ON THE WEEK OF FEBRUARY 20TH-24TH TO TALK ABOUT IT

CAN´T WAIT TO HEAR ABOUT IT AND YOUR NEXT YEAR PLANS!!!

HOW ABOUT YOUR STUDENTS?

HOW HAS IT BEEN FOR THEM THIS YEAR

When students reflect on what they have learned, ownership of that new knowledge increases -- and with ownership comes more application and use of that new skill or knowledge.-
Alber, 2016

Make sure you design and provide opportunities for them to self-reflect and reflect as a group on how this year has been for them.

What are the things that make them proud of themselves and what goals they will like to set for next year.
