FOR THIS LAB, WE WERE LEARNING ABOUT SAUCES. MY GROUP WAS ASSIGNED TO MAKE A HOMEMADE BARBECUE SAUCE. IT WAS DELICIOUS.
FOR THIS LAB, WE WERE TAUGHT ABOUT NUTRITION. SO WE MADE THIS MEAL BECAUSE BEANS ARE A GOOD SOURCE OF NUTRITIOUS FIBER.
FOR THIS LAB, WE WERE LEARNING ABOUT SUBSTITUTION IN RECIPES. MY GROUP, MADE A BANANA BREAD WITH LESS SALT THAN THE RECIPE CALLED FOR. IT STILL TURNED OUT REALLY WELL.
My favorite fruit is pineapple. I love it! The pineapple comes from South America.

I loved this lab. We were learning about vegetables and healthier options, so we made a vegetable pizza. Instead of putting unhealthy toppings on, we opted for more fresh, healthy ingredients.
We made green beans because we were learning about vegetables. We were also learning about different ways to make vegetables taste better, if you are not their biggest fans.
When we made soup, we were learning about different types of broth/liquids. For this soup, we also learned about different types of stock that you put into soups. I loved this lab!
