2-day face-to-face experiential workshop that builds on the 4 Learning Connect Sessions (Selecting Top Talent, Check-in Excellence, Communicating for Impact and Breaking Bias) and has been designed to focus on the real world application and role modelling of Adobe’s Leadership Capabilities.

Leadership Pods

Flexible learning system structured in a way to help people leaders make time for your own leadership development by:

  • Agreeing frequency of recurring Pod meetings of groups of 8-10 leaders (no direct reporting line in the room),
  • Running 90-minutes Pod meetings via Adobe Connect AND Webcam,
  • Addressing your real-life leadership challenges during Pod meetings and
  • Creating room for best-practice exchange with your peers on solutions to those challenges.

Becoming world class at Selecting Talent as one of Adobe's 5 Leadership Capabilities is crucial to setting teams up for success and helping EMEA achieve its growth plans. Hiring mistakes aren't just costly, they can also impact otherwise performing teams.

Therefore, as behaviours are the best predictor of someone's future performance at Adobe, develop your skills and learn how to assess the right behaviours in candidate interviews in this 4-hour highly practical workshop. You will focus on:

  • Why behavioural assessment matters,
  • How to create a measurable profile of great behaviour for the role,
  • The difference between Behaviours and Experience and implications for your questioning technique,
  • How the Behavioural Assessment technique works, and
  • The range of Adobe Talent Selection tools available to help you prepare for and better structure behavioural assessment-based interviews.

BEHAVIOURAL ASSESSMENT PRACTICE

Building on your knowledge gained from the Behavioural Assessment Workshop and approximately 3 months after attending, you have the opportunity to join this 90-minutes in-person session to help you practice, practice, practice of behavioural assessment interviewing techniques in small groups.
