2 Hour Delay Reminder
- On 2 hour delay days, all buses will run 2 hours later then your normal time. For example, if your pick up time is 7:50am - your two hour delay time is 9:50am.
- If you do morning carpool, you cannot drop off students until 9:55am.
- All morning activities unless notified by the activity sponsor.

PARENTS: The Powerschool Portal App is the "lite" version of the website, however, by following these instructions, you can add the PowerSchool Parent Portal website to your phone's home screen and have access to everything the parent portal has to offer!
How to see if your bus is running late or if the number was changed?
Carmel Clay Transportation utilizes Twitter to notify parents of any late buses or last minute bus number changes. When you think your bus may be late, please check their twitter feed @myCCSbus. You can also see all the tweets on the transportation page of the website.

Continue saving your Box Tops for Education. The winter contest will end Friday, February 22, 2018.
Each Box Top turned in is equal to $.10 so we would like to encourage every family to participate.No need to wait until the deadline, you can send in your Box Tops at any time and as many times as you wish. The teacher that brings in the most Box Tops for Education will receive a $30 gift card to spend on the class. Your child’s teacher’s name needs to be with the Box Top submission to count towards the class totals. Please confirm the Box Top is not expired and the four letter product code is present. Kindergarten Registration for 2019-2020 is NOW OPEN
Carmel Clay Schools is now accepting Kindergarten registrations for the 2019-2020 school year. If you have a new student within your family, please register by Friday, March 8th, 2019.
- Registrations are done ONLINE ONLY.
- Student MUST BE 5 by August 1st, 2019
- Documents required to upload:
- 2 forms of Proof of Residency (see website for accepted proofs), Immunization & birth certificate / passport

Place a personal ad in the playbill to let you favorite actor or crew member know how proud you are! You can purchase full ($75), half ($50) or quarter ($25) page ads. You can also show your support and grow your business by placing an ad in the playbill. Sponsorships are available at the Who level ($10+), Horton level ($25+) or Seuss level ($75+). Math Pentathlon Training has kicked-off!! The coaches and children are having loads of fun getting familiar with the 5 games in each division. We will kick-off practice tournaments in about 3-4 weeks. If you are interested in your child participating, THERE IS STILL TIME TO SIGN-UP. We are in NEED of Division III participants and coaches!! We also need MORE coaches in Division I and II to monitor the games and teach the children the rules and strategies.
