For anyone to get exercise you need to get the right equipment you need, find out about exercise classes in your area, and make a routine.
Physical activity can lower the risk of early death, stroke, high blood pressure, depression, reduce levels of body fat, and can improve bone health.
Cardio is any exercise that raises your heart rate.
Aerobic activities also known as cardio is physical exercise of low to high intensity that depends primarily on the aerobic energy-generating process.
Anaerobic activities are physical exercise intense enough to cause lactate to form.
Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to sustain repeated contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time.
Strength is the quality or state of being strong.
Flexibility is the quality of bending easily without breaking.
Body composition is the term used in physical fitness that measures the percentage of fat, muscle, water, and bone.
There are six skill components: agility, balance, coordination, speed, power, and reaction time.
Target fitness zone is the estimated range of how fast your heart should beat during exercise for a safe and effective workout.
The four keys to a successful exercise program: Layout clear and specific goals, it needs to be progressive, it has to be enjoyable, and need plan a period for recovery.
Overall, exercise and physical activity are very good for your body and can help prevent horrible things from happening to your body. It is recommended to everyone to at least get 60 minutes of exercise a day.
