This particular young gentleman gave us a theme ... To make into something fun, unique and to stand out amongst 15 other 21st birthday celebrations that year.
All under a clear roof marquee we created a civilised 3 course sit down menu inspired by his gap year travels through South American and Asia. After containing the excited guests with dinner the cocktail bars opened with bar tenders opened service with a flair show. The music was brought together by an international DJ, live sax, vocals and percussion to fill the dance floor.
