My approach to how operate the Auditorium is safety and health. I have a regiment of cleaning to not only protect myself and my employees and for every guests entering the building. I owe it to every person walking in to my facility the best quality life, I treat the facility like I treat my home. Those regiments will not only continue to be followed but they have been amplified.

Currently all food is cooked the day of the event that will continue

Women’s Restroom

Before and after each event the restrooms go thru a cleaning regiment, I’m considering a restroom attend in both the men’s and women’s restrooms.

My staff has always been required to where gloves at all times, that will not change. However going forward they will be issued masks, a waitress apron which will contain extra gloves and hand sanitizer.

I’m reducing my total number of booked guests down from 300 to 200 for any party or wedding reception.

But more importantly the installation of several automated hand sanitizer stations around the facility. In conjunction with large pumps next to every bartender.

Spray Disinfectant Hospital Grade

I’ve purchased a 2 ActivePure air purification systems for the facility to kill bacteria and air born particles as well as any virus.

I’ve placed 6ft sticker on the ground in regards to measure distancing for the buffet lines and bar service are

The city of New Orleans requires that we have a safety officer per every 50 guests, I hire an officer per ever 100 guests. I believe a designated staff personal will be sufficient but more clarification on this will be need from the City.
