I am currently in my second year at Bloomsburg University studying Mass Communications with a minor in graphic design. I am from Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, which is located in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I graduated high school in 2015 from Upper Dublin High School. I was on the tennis team for 3 years and participated in Key Club as well as Spanish Club. I was also elected to the executive board for Rotaract Club next year as social chair. My father was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease when I was a sophomore in high school. We all decided to join The Parkinson’s Council, to get involved with volunteer work as well as support him. I got the opportunity to volunteer at the Annual PD Golf Outing, and The Stamp Out PD 5k Walk. I was also interviewed by WOGL 98.1, The Albright Reporter, and was on WHYY The Brain Change live answering pledges. And I interned at the Parkinson Council for 3 weeks to fulfill Upper Dublin’s community study requirements. Once I graduate I plan to get a masters on the west coast and soon afterwards get a job at a big advertising agency in Los Angeles.
