William Lowell

His injury was a source of conflict in his marriage which ultimately ended a year after he returned home. Due to exemplary action while deployed and his strong educational background, he quickly found a niche as a detective. Since his marriage broke down, Lowell became increasingly irritable and began indulging his vices. Lately, his efforts have been roadblocked by red tape at the department but the same vices dragging him down might just help him get the break in the case that he needs.

  • Bio: Robert Campbell was born in Washington D.C. and has aspired to become a police officer from a young age. As a young adult, Robert achieved his dream and became a police officer at the age of 18. Robert never married, having spent all of his time on his job. After numerous promotions Robert eventually became the chief of police. However, Robert slowly lost hope throughout the years. Many of his friends died in the passing wars and he one day came to the realization that his beloved country was full of corruption. During his time as the police chief he became complacent and soon over confident in his position. Believing that nothing will ever change and holding the top position in the police ranks, he started accepting large bribes in exchange for overlooking certain incidents.
