As part of our ongoing commitment to provide the best customer service in the industry, we ask our clients to tell us how we are doing through an annual survey. And tell us you did! We received more participation on this year’s survey than any other we have conducted, and the results were overwhelmingly positive.

The Results

  • 98.5% of respondents said they were satisfied with AmericanChecked overall
  • 94% of respondents listed our customer service as “excellent” or “very good”
  • 91% of respondents would or have recommended AmericanChecked to others looking for a background screening partner
  • 67.7% of respondents have been with AmericanChecked three or more years
  • 74.8% of respondents describe our services as “reliable” followed by “useful,” “high quality” and “good value”

Areas of Improvement

While we were humbled by the high satisfaction rate and kind words, there were some areas that were pointed out that could use improvement.

This type of feedback is invaluable to identify areas that we can make changes to in order to improve the user experience. Based on your input, the AmericanChecked team is working on improvements to make the experience even better in 2018.

Next Steps

This annual survey serves as a benchmark for our team, allowing us to take the temperature of how we are serving you. The AmericanChecked team is looking over all responses and following up with individuals who have direct questions. We are also looking at any common challenges that respondents mentioned to identify any other areas of improvement, and ensure that our system procedures are clear and easy to use.
