Jackie Kennedy - a.k.a - Jackie O

"My Teams mission is to meet the employer / employee at the convergence dynamic, that point whereby we provide needed product solutions and value added resources to benefit the whole."

"My greatest passion is finding solutions that contribute to how individuals can excel in business. Drawing on my extensive background of business ownership, leadership, marketing and training in addition to the skills I have developed and gleaned during my tenure with AFLAC. I hope to apply these requisite, teachable and transferable skills to developing my own sales team.

I believe my experiences both in life and professionally have prepared me for this opportunity and making me uniquely qualified for this task. To my credit, I am a consummate team player and lifetime learner.

  • Most recently my husband and I owned and operated a machine shop, I remained alongside my husband until his untimely death in 2010. I then became the sole proprietor of the business until it sold in 2015.
  • I have been a part time realtor since 1998 and created my own staging training company called Property Staging Consultants as well as authored specific proprietary curriculum for coaching and training real estate professionals on how to start a staging consultant business. In this capacity, I trained over 1500 realtors and stagers across the USA on preparing properties for successful sale.

"My burning desire is to be able to travel and experience the world while continuing to find ways to make a difference in others’ lives through generosity and paying it forward."

Proud father of Brody, a high energy and adventurous 3 year old. I enjoy spending time with my son, fishing, upland bird hunting, camping, snow Skiing, fantasy football and exploring the Sierra Madre Mountains in Wyoming.

I am a 1991 Ness City High School Eagle Alum and a 1996 Kansas State University Wildcat Alum with a degree in Education and Certification in Athletic Training. I was fortunate to be on the K-State sidelines with Bill Snyder, Bobby Stoops, Mark Mangino and many more great coaches from 1991-1996 as part of the athletic training program.

Before joining on board with Aflac in May of 2015, I spent the previous 20 years as an educator at every level from Kindergarten through Seniors in high school, teaching subjects of physical education, health, general science, chemistry, physics, weights and athletic training courses. I also coached at both the middle school and high school levels in football, basketball and track. I was lucky enough to be part of two 5A basketball state championships while at Great Bend and a 4th place finish at 3A Atchison County.

Since May of 2015, I have spent the past year as a CIT/ADM for the Team Unity District in the Encore Region. As part of Aflac I have been able to achieve Fast Start, Super-Fast Start, Fireball, Super Fireball, Triple Crown, All Star, Bronze Star, Silver Star, Gold Star, Rookie of the Year, A-fame, and 3 consecutive ADM fames.

Congratulations Jackie and John!
