Aliyah's main responsibility is hosting Tech Talks, MBA Treks, and campus visits at Intuit Inc. She has successfully planned and hosted 10-12 events since starting in June 2017. She has found a passion for hosting events for candidates and enjoys interacting with students at each event.
Aliyah identifies and coordinates Hackathon events with event representatives. There she is able to connect with student, speak on behalf of the company, and enjoy the different projects students develop and present.
Aliyah created the L.I.F.E. Scholarship program. The purpose of this program is to award five sophomores/juniors in engineering and business departments $2,000 scholarship. The recipients also won a chance to travel to Mountain View, California and interview with the company. Aliyah also created personas about product management and marketing candidates. These are profiles about under represented minority candidates to give more insight to her team members about these candidates.
The purpose of this organization is to match early career professionals in the workforce with undergraduate students interested in their career field to help them grow professionally and as leaders through our program.
