When?

Walt Disney came to be when he first founded The Walt Disney company back in October, 16, 1923.

Why?

Why Walt Disney before he created Disney worked at the Kansas City Film Ad Company, where he made commercials based on cutout animation. Around this time, Disney began experimenting with a camera, doing hand-drawn cel animation, and decided to open his own animation business. He then created created his first cartoon which they name laugh o Grams. The cartoons were very popular but his studio had become burdened with debt and Disney was forced to call bankruptcy. He and his brother soon after became poor and desperate so they then pooled their money and moved to Hollywood. He and his brother then began the Disney brothers studio.

How?

I know that Walt Disney has sadly already passed away but if I had the chance to then this is what I would do.
First of all in order to get a personal meeting with him I would call disney, send letters, make videos get people to help me arrange a meeting with him and if he is unwilling to I would keep trying no one can say no forever.
I would ask him Why he started and gained interest in drawing and animation, what message can you send to future animators and illustrators, what are the most important decisions you make as a leader of your organization, How do you encourage creative thinking within your organization, and which is most important to your organization—mission, core values or vision?
I would ask these questions because first of all I would like some advice for animation and drawing, ,what are the most important decisions you make as a leader of your organization because his decisions so far have brought Disney this far and if I can know what decisions were important to him would be great, How do you encourage creative thinking within your organization because Disney is one of the most creative companies you can think of, not to mention we all want to know how did Ariel, Simba, Mickey etc. come to, because someone creatively thought of it.Lastly Which most important to your organization—mission, core values or vision because the answer of that can show what type of leader Walt is, why he created Disney and what his goal is.
Answers I anticipate he would say could be that thinking creative and keep trying and then followed by one of his famous quotes “All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.” Other answers I anticipate would be creativity comes from the heart and that if one has imagination then his creativity has no end and for the last question which is most important to your organization—mission, core values or vision I would anticipate he would say vision and mission because he is all about vision and that vision can tie in with mission and my vision is to bring happiness to millions whilst being one of the world’s leaders in producing and providing entertainment.
With the answers of the questions I can provide information to the world on how Walt Disney has shown to be an effective leader and how he has created one of the best companies in the world.
