Too Much Technology: Harmful to Children's Health Resolution: Limit their Usage

The general health of individuals should be a priority to society. Yet, the health of children should be especially important to society and parents because children are the future of the world.

However, excessive technology use poses a threat to their general health because...

If allowed, children will spend hours in front of screens.

While technology may enhance their mood, it does not promote their physical health, due to a lack of physical activity.

Children need physical activity to promote their physical development.

In addition to discouraging physical activity, too much screen time can prevent children from socialization.

Children need to interact with others to develop proper social skills.

Therefore, parents need to make children turn off their technology sometimes.
