Nagasaki Bomb By brad sipple

locations of the bombings

the bombings were caused by a war with japan and the U.S after Germany Surrendered

the only way that the u.s would of been able to bomb japan was jumping from islands to islands taking over Japaneses bases close to japan

the battles for the islands were land battles that were difficult to accomplish because of coral reefs and the Japanese hiding in bunkers with weapons. we eventually won by bombing the bunkers and waiting for them to come out so we could capture or kill them

These battles were significant for the end of world war two because after we captured these islands we were able to build bases and have feul to fly over japan so we could bomb them. the bombings would cause shock in there country sending them out of war

The bombings successfully ended world war 2 in august 1945
