The Drop of The First Atomic Bomb By: Chavonte Bradley

The reason for the U.S. dropping the Atomic Bomb on Japan. The U.S. dropped the bomb to end World War 11 with the Japanese. People will disagree with the drop of the bomb because both women and kids were killed when the bomb dropped. Did the U.S. really want to drop the bomb? Or did they just want to end war quickly?

The year 1945 the U.S. would have completed the most terrible weapon ever known in human history. “A bomb of which could destroy a whole city.” If the bomb was dropped on Japan war would end and thousands of Japanese would die. “Although we have shared its development with the U.K., physically the U.S. is at present in the position of controlling the resources with which construct and use it..”

The use of the weapon was not unanimous to anyone. “They range from the proposal of a purely technical demonstration to that of the military application best designed to induce surrender.” If the U.s. use destruction of military power they are positive of surrender. “..and have feared that if we use the weapons now our position in future negotiations will be prejudiced.”

The U.S. did not need to use such barbarous weapons on the Japanese. “The Japanese were already defeated and ready to surrender the war.” The drop of the bomb was unnecessary because the Japanese were already defeated. “I was not taught to make war in that fashion, and wars cannot be won by destroying women and children.”

The bomb should have been dropped on the Japanese. This is because the Japanese fought dirty in war and attacked the U.S. first. They attacked first because they wanted the Pacific. So they attacked the U.S. at Pearl Harbor and killed thousands of are men, took down hundreds of our armies, battle ships, aircraft's, etc...

Japan attacks Pearl Harbor

They hit without any notice of starting of war what so ever

They attacked the battleships and air craft carriers

Pearl Harbor was attacked by Japan because the wanted the Pacific

A B-29 flew over Japan and dropped the Atomic Bomb

The bomb dropped on Hiroshima and exploded and looked like a large dark mushroom

After the bomb dropped it caused a mass cloud of dark smoke and bright light that killed thousands of Japanese.

The U.S. fought in World War 2 against Japan

The U.S. started the test of the bomb because Japan fought dirty in World war 2
