2 Years: Less at odds with the world, expresses love and affection freely, & fewer and less intense outbursts.
2 1/2: 2 and a half year old's are normally overwhelmed, their frustration becomes anger, and they aren't easily distracted.
3 Years Old: 3 year old babies are more cooperative, more considerate, and have fewer temper tantrums.
