Chef Guy brings new life to our well-known sushi menu, and created new dishes that are perfect for a vegan sushi experience!
- Sushi: Ube Crunch, Spicy Jackfruit Crab, Rainbow Roll, Eggplant Unagi, Zalmon, and "Tuna"
- Dumplings: Ginger "Beef," Five Spice Chick'n, Shiitake Truffle
- Shared Plates: Grilled Chick’n Satay, Spicy “Tuna” and Zalmon Tartare, Sweet Chili Cauliflower Wings
- Desserts: Black Sesame Avocado Cookie, Ube Cashew Cheesecake

This year, Beyond Sushi chef/owner Guy Vaknin opened a new plant based dining experience, Willow!
Willow is a contemporary vegan bistro with a fresh take on American comfort food. We're located in Chelsea, NYC and open for takeout and delivery starting Friday, January 15th. Follow us on Instagram for updates and promotions!
