Why should we eat fruits and vegetables?

The higher the average daily intake of fruits and vegetables the lower the chances of developing diseases. Compared with those in the lowest category of fruit and vegetable intake ( less than 1.5 servings a day), those who average 8 or, more servings a day were 30 percent less likely to have had a heart a attack or stroke. There is compelete evidence that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables can lower the risk of heart disease and stroke .

Why is it important to think healthy and have healthy actions?

It is important to have healthy actions and healthy thinking because,if you don't it could lead to a saying that "Unhealthy Thinking Leads to Unhealthy Actions." Also,bullying can and is considered to be a crime.Also always beware that if there is a gun around u always treat it that it is loaded or if it is unloaded. Another, way to have healthy actions and healthy thinking is to always treat yourself responsible,respectful and always make wonderful choices.

Unhealthy actions

Some unhealthy actions are drugs,not eating healthy,smoking,not being safe around guns,pranking someone and calling names.9/10 try drugs before 18 years old which is 90% out of 100%.Unhealthy thinking leads to unhealthy actions.Treat a gun like it is loaded.

Why is it important to exercise?

It is important to exercise because you can produce long term health benefits.If you just walk 25 minutes every day you can add 7 years to your life.It increases your chance of living longer.It can prevent you from having type 2 diabetes and worst of all a stroke.Exercise helps you stay at a good weight and helps you sleep better
