walking into presence a meditation + performance

tribe culture lab convenes on Wednesday, October 17 for a sensory exploration in the Fens, Boston. We will walk together in meditation amongst the harvest of the communal gardens, arriving at fogxCanopy where we will participate in a performance piece, presence.

Meg Bergstrand guides us on a contemplative path through the groves in the Fens sharing her practice of mindfulness, yoga and meditation.

Linda Pagani then takes us on a journey to perform together in her work, presence,  choreographed for Fujiko Nakaya's fogxcanopy.

presence is a performance piece that celebrates the collective spirit of women shifting the contemporary social construction of gender inequality. The work has been accepted by the Emerald Necklace Conservancy as a part of the fogxFLO program, curated by Jen Mergel.
