Help Wanted: Interpreters Julie Kasten

Most companies do not hire interpreters because they do not want to pay for them or deal with the "hassle" of getting one.

Interpreters, just like any other profession, go to school to learn how to do their job.

Interpreters do not want to volunteer their time, so they go where they would get paid.

There has been a massive shortage in interpreters due to people not wanting to pay for them.

Hiring interpreters will create more opportunities for them and they will gain job experience.

This will create more of a community between both the Deaf and hearing.
