The Polar Bears lose only two starters from last year’s team, returning breakout scoring threat Emma Stevens on the forward line and two-year starter Maddie Ferrucci in net. Kara Finnerty earned All-American honors following her junior season and returns after leading the team with ten assists in 2018.
Classmate and co-captain Elizabeth Growney rounded out the top three in scoring from last year as the trio of seniors looks to build on an impressive 3.5 goals per game average. The Polar Bears enter 2019 as the #15 team in the NFHCA Preseason Poll.
