PTO Meeting

We will host our first PTO General Meeting on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 beginning at 6 PM.

PTO meetings will take place every second Wednesday of the month.

Our first fundraiser is here and all orders are due September 20. You can shop online, on your phone or send in your order form. Have friends and family join in by posting on social media.

Classroom Coordinators Wanted

Each classroom will need two coordinators to assist the PTO throughout the year. These duties will vary from class to class but may include creating a classroom directory, assisting with classroom events, and coordinating with other parents to help with any special requests. You will be asked to coordinate the creation of 1-2 raffle baskets for different PTO events throughout the year. Class Coordinators will also need to coordinate something special for the teacher during Teacher Appreciation Week in May.

If you are interested in being the classroom coordinator for your child’s class please fill out and return the form below by Friday, September 13th.

Helping Hands Form

The PTO has many opportunities for you to get involved! Please fill out the information using the button below if you would like us to contact you via email when we are looking for volunteers for our many events. In addition to looking for chairpersons for various events we also will need people to help with set up/clean up, donate baked goods, and sell raffle tickets. There are many ways BIG and SMALL to get involved. Kindly complete the form using the button below so we may reach out to you before each event! All volunteers need to obtain a BCI to keep on file at Kent Heights.

The Book Fair is Coming!

We are in need of volunteers to help with our Scholastic Book Fair on September 23 - 27 and with set up on September 20. Please contact Marsha Giroux (choirgrlmg@yahoo.com) if you are able to help!
