The Art Lesson

It began with my sister getting Julia into her art studio...

And then they moved to an easel with tempra paint sticks and a pad of clean white paper.

At first it was hand over hand...

...and then she started getting it...

...and then it became the give and take of two working in tandem with each other.

What a win for our girl - and her teacher!

She surveyed her creations...

...stepped up to the easel and picked up a paint stick...

And she was off...
