Jack is an internationally recognized Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher, founder of The Celtic School of Yoga, yoga musician and qualified folklorist with experience in many forms of yoga practice. He is a teacher trainer, has taught in yoga studios all over the world and is Ireland’s best known singer of yoga music, inspired by both Celtic and Indian traditions.

His workshops include yoga classes, walking in the Burren, music, breath-work, poetry and myth. Jack has worked as a university lecturer in Irish Heritage, Museum Designer, and regularly leads walking tours in the Burren and sacred sites around Ireland, and is the father of three grown children. He is a principal author of a seminal book on the parallels between yoga and the Celtic world and he has also recorded three acclaimed albums of yoga music. His teaching is very much based on the changing rhythms of these latitudes and the vital importance of breath in asana.
