Participation in Graduation is a Privilege NOT A RIGHT, so FOLLOW THE RULES


Important Dates BEFORE Graduation Practices

May 16- All senior debt and fees must be cleared or you WILL NOT WALK in graduation.

May 16- All Seat Time Recovery must be completed or you WILL NOT WALK in graduation.

May 21- Senior Yearbook Day

May 23- Senior Awards Ceremony- 6:30- Seniors receiving awards will receive an invitation.


Failure to participate in the MANDATORY practices will result in your removal from the ceremony.

Practice #1- May 24 at 8:30am at Mauldin High School (Report to the atrium at 8:20 to pick up your report card before going in the auditorium)- There will be a brief meeting in the auditorium and the group will move to the gym. Students must leave campus directly following the practice.

Practice #2- May 28 at 10:30 am at Bon Secours (Bring your shoes if you need to practice walking in them). Students should plan to arrive at 10:00 am.

Graduation- June 1 at 1 pm- Students must report NO LATER than 12:00 pm. Students reporting AFTER attendance is taken will not be able to participate. Names will be removed from the announcer's script.


Females- Black dress or slacks (white dress top) and black shoes.

Males- Dark dress pants or khaki pants with a WHITE COLLARED shirt and tie.

Cap and Gown- Students may not alter the cap and gown in any way. No decorations may be added. All should remain as issued.

Regalia ( That's the cords and stuff!!)- Only regalia approved by the Mauldin High School graduation committee may be worn. No cords, medals, or other items may be worn from outside organizations.

Students meeting the requirements to participate in graduation will receive 12 tickets. These will be given out at the 2nd graduation practice on May 28. Up to three additional tickets may be purchased on May 29 for $10 at the school.
