CAP Talent 2019 bridging the gap between students and london's tech startups

CAP Talent, led by Capital Enterprise, filters and matches talented young people into paid summer internships with tech startups and SMEs.

The future of work is changing. There is an ever-increasing need for digital skills in the workplace, and Capital Enterprise has long recognised the need to fill this skills gap.

With digital talent recruitment often a big challenge faced by startups and SMEs, Capital Enterprise have expanded its CAP Talent programme for 2019.

"CAP Talent was immensely valuable. Our intern helped us develop a new product" Orla Shields, Getrentr

By connecting London’s students with new and alternative employment opportunities in the digital and tech space, the CAP Talent programme:

  • Fosters a demand-led workforce
  • Seeks to diversify the talent pool and future recruitment pipeline for startup businesses
  • Fosters competition, inclusion and productivity in the entrepreneurship ecosystem

Internships will last for 8-12 weeks over the summer and can cover a range of tech or marketing roles.

"The biggest joy of my job was knowing that my work is a substantial part of the whole product. Contributing to it at such a high level made me extremely proud" Grzegorz Rybak, intern at Fuzed Innovations Ltd
