Tracking library use by students - by grade level throughout the school day. This data does not include the students who come to the library for classes.

Circulation increased over 40% during both the 1st and the 2nd quarter as compared to the 2015-2016 school year.

Teaching & collaboration continue to be at the core of what we do in the library. Highlights this quarter included opportunities for blended learning with the Veteran's Day project shared with all students taking a Social Studies class & all faculty and staff and the Hour of Code programming for the whole school offered during Lancer Time

Ongoing work of adding genre identifying stickers to the fiction section.

Collection development includes updating & maintaining the current collection. To that end, we have decided to "genrefy" the fiction section by adding genre identifying stickers to the books that can be categorized by genre. The purpose of this is to help both students and library staff easily identify the type of book they are considering to read. The hope is that this will help those who already have a genre preference and potentially move students to try something new.
