Lent By: Daniel Hunter

This year for Lent, I am giving up chocolate. Chocolate is a thing I eat daily, and it is a good sacrifice for me.

1) The reason I am giving up chocolate, is because I eat chocolate on a daily basis, and I love it. Since Jesus made a sacrifice for me, I decided to give up something I would never go a day without.

2) Challenges to not eating chocolate this Lent can come at many times. One time is when people are eating chocolate and they ask me if I piece. Although this is hard for me, I know these people aren't trying to be mean, because they don't know.

3) I will overcome these challenges by finding something healthy to eat instead. I could eat something like apples, or oranges
