THE WOLF'S HOWL MAY 19, 2017

fifth grade camp

Today’s Wolf's Howl is delivered to you from YMCA Storer Camp in Jackson, Michigan. The fifth grade teachers and I have enjoyed spending the last 3 days with this year’s fifth grade Wolves. We have had beautiful weather and a wonderful time together. I normally give a list of updates, but today I’m going to share with you some pictures of the outdoor education activities that our students participated in this year. Fifth Grade Camp is a tradition at Wass and in Troy Schools. When your child is in fifth grade, they will have the opportunity to go to fifth grade camp as well. I would like to thank Ms. Schwarz (Camp Director), Mr. Lawson, and Mr. Kolbe for making this year a wonderful experience filled with lifelong memories for our fifth grade students.

Special Note to Fifth Grade Parents – We will arrive back at Wass around 2:15 / 2:30 PM today. All fifth graders are dismissed to their parents upon arrival. You will not need to check them out in the office. If you sent medication with your child, please pick that up before you leave.

Have a great weekend with your families!
