Grotto Art Gallery dedication December 14, 2016

Damian Bariexca, instructional services supervisor, led the dedication of the special grotto area set aside as an art gallery in Lawrence High School (LHS) on Dec. 14. The Grotto Art Gallery is dedicated in memory of Thomas Carnevali, Class of 2005. Thomas’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carnevali, cut the ribbon. They annually fund a Carnevali Scholarship for a graduating senior.

Currently displayed in the gallery are current students’ works, pieces created by alumni who were Carnevali scholarship recipients, and a creation done by Thomas Carnevali.

Created by Thomas Carnevali when he attended Lawrence High School.
