Daily Nutritional Supplements Formulated By Dr. Robert H. Keller, MD, MS, FACP, AAHIVS

Our Affiliate Program

In order to earn a monthly commission, some supplement companies require their affiliate team to invest in large, expensive product assortments and bundles. In fact, marketing materials and other sales tools are often marked up in multi-level environments, because selling to their affiliates is relied upon as an income source. We think that is unfair, and so we designed the RobKellerMD® Affiliate Program with integrity. Our marketing resources are free, and our Tool Kit is provided below cost, to help our affiliates grow.

Word of mouth advertising is the most cost-effective and reliable way to create brand awareness. It means something to hear a friend or family member say, "I really feel good about these supplements." We think that once customers learn about the unique formulation of Dr. Robert Keller's advanced nutritional supplements, they'll feel confident about choosing RobKellerMD®, and glad they were referred by someone they know and trust.

Earn a monthly commission by introducing the nutritional supplements you know and trust to others.

Countdown to the Cold and Flu Season: Why Do More People Get Sick?

Fall comes with a lot of transitions for families. With summer over, and children back to school, we establish a new routine that keeps us all busy. Then come the seasonal holidays, which can be both a source of joy, and stress which can compromise even the healthiest immune system. We get sick because we are overtired or stressed through the busy Fall months. Individuals with seasonal allergies are more prone to contracting cold and flu, but overall, the chances of contracting an infection or virus are higher in winter months for one main reason; the flu bug likes the cold!

While we could take or leave the cold wet weather, certain types of viruses and bacteria actually prefer it. While there are a number of factors including dietary changes, less exposure to sunlight, and reduced daily hydration, two of the most common culprits (rhinovirus and coronavirus), replicate faster and spread more quickly, in cold weather. When you combine the penchant to stay indoors more often through the Fall, with an increased volume of certain strains of bacteria and virus at home and work, you have the perfect conditions for recurrent upper respiratory infections. What we've all labeled as the "cold and flu season".

The pharmacy and grocery stores are full of over the counter (OTC) remedies to help boost your immune system before the cold and flu season hits, but many studies have reported little to no benefit to immunity, when taking larger doses of Vitamin C, or Echinacea. Read "Three Studies Find Echinacea Ineffective Against the Common Cold," from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

During the cold and flu season, we recommend Dr. Keller's Original Glutathione Formula™ and Advanced Immune Defense™ to provide nutritional and antioxidant support, to strengthen cells, significantly reduce free radicals, and enhance immunity defense.

To set the record straight; going outside during the Fall or Winter without your jacket? That won't give you a bacterial infection, or a virus, according to immunologists. But it may give you goosebumps.

Healthy Fall Recipes: Spicy White Chili

White beans offer 1.1 grams of protein per teaspoon, 10.1 mg of calcium, and 62.8 mg of Potassium. Redefine healthy 'comfort food'.

Just because summer is over, doesn't mean that we should let our healthy eating habits slide. During the cooler months when we spend more time indoors, it becomes even more essential to eat a balanced diet, and remain hydrated, as we are exposed to more condensed pathogens, viruses and bacteria. One of the big obstacles to healthy eating through Fall and Winter, is in our biological programming. Our bodies are figuratively conditioned to favor high carbohydrate foods during cold weather. Those fast, high sugar options are rarely a good choice. The trick is to find equally satisfying 'comfort foods' that are delicious, and full of healthy vitamins and minerals.

Every family has their own version of a classic chili recipe, but what is wonderful about making a white chili, is that you can enjoy all the flavors without the fat. White chili can use shredded cooked chicken or turkey, which makes it a great way to re-purpose leftovers for a quick and healthy meal. Much of the incredible nutritional benefit of this tasty recipe, comes from the boiled white beans, which contain no cholesterol, and high amounts of protein (1.1 g), calcium (10.1 mg) and potassium (62.8 mg).

  • 2 cups of chopped yellow onion
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons of chili powder
  • 28 ounces of reduced sodium chicken broth (prepared)
  • 45 ounces of canned white kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 4 ounces of diced green chiles
  • 5 cups cooked chicken or turkey (cubed or shredded)
  • 4 1/2 ounces of shredded Monterrey Jack

  1. In a large pot (Dutch oven), add onions, garlic and olive oil together. Sautée until golden brown.
  2. Add green chilis and dried spices (cayenne, oregano, and chili powder) and cook on high for one-minute, stirring constantly.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash all white kidney beans and drain. Add beans, and chicken broth, and simmer for ten minutes.
  4. Add shredded or cubed chicken/turkey, and shredded Monterrey Jack. Reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for another ten minutes (or until white meat has been heated to temperature).
