Muscula strength is the ability of muscle or group of muscle to exert force against resistance.

Muscular endurance: is the ability of muscle or group of muscle to exert force for extend periods.

Cardio respiratory endurance: is the ability of the body's circulatory and respiration system to supply fuel and oxygen during sustained physical activity.

Flexibility: is the ability of body joints to Move freely.

Body composition: refers to the amount of the body fat and muscle mass, can also significantly affect sporting performance.

6 Sport related fitness components:

Ability: is the ability to quickly change body position/ direction of the body.

Balance: the ability to stay upright or control of body movement.

Coordination: is the ability to move too or more body parts under control, smoothly, and expediently.

Speed: is the ability to move quickly across the ground or move limb rapidly to grab or throw.

Power: ability to exert maximum force as quickly as possible , as in jumping, accelerating and throwing.

Reaction Time: Ability to respond quickly to a stimulus.

BIM ( Body Mass Index) is a value derived from the mass (weight) and height of the individual. defined as the body mass divide by the square of the body heights and expressed as Kg/m2.
