As I was working on these cards I learned that its important to keep the cards taped down so they don't bend and make it hard to work with. I also learned that using the elements of art along with the principles of design can really improve the your paintings in many ways. What I found most challenging about monoprinting was the amount of paint I had to use. A lot of times i found myself putting too much paint on the glass only to end up having it ruining the card because it smudged too much and going through the card.

The card shown above is my favorite card. I used the four colors in the background to show some variety in the card. What I learned about variety is that you can basically do what you want with some regard but you can just have fun with this one.
